We accept returns on merchandise providing it is in like-new condition with original packaging and sales receipt or packing slip within 7 days of purchase. All product returns that meet the above criteria, with the exception of custom orders, will be exchanged or promptly refunded upon the receipt of the defective or unwanted merchandise, simply send it back to us, and we'll handle the rest as long as it meets the conditions above. NOTE: Custom orders are non returnable
All products are shipped within 3 - 5 business days upon receipt of payment, however with large orders Great American Trading.com reserves the right to extend this period as required to fulfill large quantity orders. Please contact us for shipping time on large orders.
